Notes:-Second day on Skye for October half term. Mum decided not to come with us this time. She hurt her hip and leg falling over one of the dogs. Also worried that she isnt getting on with Fran over the dogs. So bit of a tricky day yesterday on Saturday before we left for Skye. Wet yesterday but blue sky today and weather for the week looks good. Sarah and Tom hiked over the tops with Simba and met me, Harry and Maisy at the shop in Elgol where we checked the tide times. Sarah wasnt feeling too good so we dropped her off at the cottage and headed back to Glasnikille. Found the track by the derelict croft and headed down to the cave. Tide was out and we had a good long time in the cave and took the best photos I think I have ever taken just using my iphone7.
