Notes:-Turbo trainer set up with Tacx subscription to video gps rides. Works perfectly on my work MacBook Pro. Tough MTB route with 2226ft climb. Missed boot camp on monday as I was in Leeds and will miss it again tomorrow as its Toms interview at Stafford collage. I think he is worried about the interview as he is being pretty rude to me at the minute. Hope he pulls out of the teenage Tom phase soon. Missed getting out on the bike last weekend, needed to weave some gardening and DIY in between shopping and kids activities. Has to cut the grass at the weekend.
