Notes:-Yorkshire Dales Nidderdale Tacx trainer video GPS ride. One of those days. Had a difficult UHB host meeting with the usual suspects with a bollocking about HR. Dont give a toss what they think so long as I can get the resources the team needs to deliver. Had various issues tonight trying to get on the turbo trainer with various breaks to pick up the boys. This ride was great, would be a nice run in real life, climbed 1,846ft. Keep on grinding....
