Notes:-7th Parkrun with Sarah. Very wet and muddy underfoot but pushed it a bit today. Finished in 34th place and was the 31st male out of a field of 245 runners. PB is still 23.42. Did a full week with 2 bootcamps, one bike ride plus the parkrun.
