Notes:-Last day at work before xmas break. WFH today but rain has been awful, lots of flooding so no usual friday afternoon ride. Getting ready to go t Mums tomorrow for xmas. Sarah not great, very quiet and down. It was Marions birthday in the week and its nearly a year since she lost her dad. Not sure its a good idea to go to mums, but Sarah wants the boys to have a nice time. I am looking forward to it but I think Sarah is going to struggle so its probably going to be very stressful. Hope its not as thats the last thing we need. This was a really good ride, nice video and very undulating terrain. Managed to overtake another virtual rider. The blurb from Tacx says - The 1st of a 3 part ride in the Lakedistrict. This stage is an undulating ride up and down Wasdale alongside the scenic Wast Water & out towards the start of the much harder stage 2 that takes on the infamous Hardknott Pass.
