Notes:-Walk from Polesworth to Warton while Harry was as guitar. Nice sunny winters morning, not too cold. Back to Sunday boot camp tomorrow and normal Monday and Wednesday sessions. Forgot to note in my last comments from 2019 that I kept up the boot camp sessions all year, except for the blip in June to August. Will keep up the consistency this year. Still need to drop 1 stone.
