Notes:-Day in Coventry while Tom did swimming training then a comp in the afternoon. Had lunch at the Golden Cross in the centre of Cov, nice food and catered for Sarah. Parked at Ikea and walked into town so this was roughly 2 miles. Also reserved Pixie the cat from the cats protection place in Birmingham in the morning.
