Notes:-Brexit ride... WFH today had the decorators in all week so quite a bit of turmoil. Usual bad back after lifting and shifting furniture all week, still it needs doing. We had the living room and kitchen done a couple of years back but the rest of the house still has the base paint and cracks from the build in 2014. No boot camp this week due to back, but was doing really well. Slow on the ride today partly due to the cold wind but also not 100 percent this week. Still got the highest mileage for Jan. Ironically I signed off on a small EU collaborative project today under EIT Health. Brexit has been a pain for the past few years, lest see what the impact will be but Im guessing its going to have an effect on the NHS probably meaning uncertain times ahead.
