Notes:-Turbo trainer tonight. This was a punisher... Had a bollocking of the directors yesterday for the bank holiday mess. Thought it might happen. Interesting that Kate seemed to be saying we in the collective needed to do better, not just me. Anyways I really enjoyed this.
