Notes:-Fathers day isolation ride on the turbo trainer. Showery day so would have got wet if I had gone out anyway. Poor josh got soaked walking the dogs. No real cycling for another 2 weeks as we are isolating so catching up on the online Warrior Bootcamps. Will try to turbo train to keep my mileage up. Lovely fathers day with the boys and Sarah. Had a really fun Friday night with Sarah reminiscing about the past and having a good talk.
