Notes:-Evening run with Harry. Longest run Harry has done and certainly longest I have done for years. Not a bad circular route. Bit wet so canal was not an option. Weather has been dreadful this week so just done the boot camps which have been upper body pain. Took Sarah for second set of dental treatments. Drove to Leamington as per address on the letter but it was a mistake so had to race over to Rugby.... She needs more treatment so will have to go back in a few weeks.
