Notes:-Stunning summer evening ride. Hot and humid so ended up with a heat rash when I got back. Also had a telephone call with GP as I am getting niggling kidney stone signs, nothing major. He prescribed some more Tamsulosin and asked for a urology referral. Will keep an eye on it, drink lots of water with lemon juice. Polesworth bridge was still out so slight detour via Common Lane.
