Notes:-Bit knackered tonight, long day but in a good way at work. Had a load of text messages from Fran about Mum, looks like their relationship is fragile again. Mum now seems to be falling and is trying to cover it up. Need to keep an eye on her when we are next up in a week or so. It might just be her AF meds need tweaking but she is very anti going to the GPs. Good walk tonight with Tom and Simba. Was going to do a bootcamp but not feeling 100 pc. Trying to get a grip on my diet so starting to log calories and see if I can loose a few more kgs.
