Notes:-Sunday ride after dropping Tom at Planters and doing the shopping. Still churning over the call on Friday with the directors. Worried about the implications and what is driving the changes. Will be very difficult for staff but I dont have any steer on my involvement. Very worried this is constructive dismissal and I will lose my job.
