Notes:-Getting pretty wintery now but hopefully clear at the weekend. Love this video GPS ride, would like to do it for real someday. Second lockdown ended today, numbers moving in the right direction but still keeping tight restrictions with us in tier 3. Another week of back to back meetings so no time to get out during the day. Work heating up with the Lamp, rapid testing and PoC LumiraDX roll outs, pretty challenging as this is innovation adoption on steroids with all the same problems but in a few months rather than years. Still feel like I have contributed to something significant, like night and day compared with the AHSN world. Mental health is definitely on the slide, struggling to come to terms with what is happening with my role at the AHSN, feeling pretty shit. I have another call with the directors tomorrow and some key questions I want answers to. They also left me with no clear steer on when they want me to return so I have proposed the end of Jan. Tim and Yasmin would be happy for me to stay on longer but as much as Im going to hate it I need to face going back to the AHSN so they cant accuse me of not engaging. Difficult to find down time at home as I seem to be constantly busy again, up early every day with housework, cooking, shopping dog walking and getting the boys to where they need to be. Its got to be done but feeling really stretched....
