Notes:-Lunch canal walk to escape from work. I did 2 bootcamps this week so far so making up for the lack of cycling. Had a nice chat with Mum on the way back. Had a weird dream last night that I returned to the AHSN. It was in an old derelict office building. Tony and Richard Stubbs walked out but didnt stop to greet me. Everyone was working in one big room and there was no space for me to sit down and work. No one really spoke to me despite trying to engage, just ignored me. Checked my reflection in a glass window and saw I was wearing an old coat inside out so looked a bit stupid. Very strange but just about sums it up....
