Notes:-Walk up A5 then over fields and back up Dordon hall road with Harry and Simba. Aiming to do top fields and back on the canal but the field pas the railway bridge was ploughed up to the edge so path was gone and very muddy. Turned left to Spon Lane then walked up Dordon Hall lane and found a track to the left at the bottom of the hill which went across some fields and woods. Nice path but very wet, one to do in the summer. Lovely Christmas day yesterday with the family. A bit weird though. Spoke to Mum and Sis and all seems ok. Finding it hard myself to relax and switch off, still quite anxious and cant seem to unwind. Think its the stress of the past few months, feel like Im losing some of my resilience. Spoke to Tony as I finished on Tuesday. He wasnt able to tell me any news about the restructure plans. They have been held up with further work needed by UHB HR. Apparently there is another team which handle restructuring which Tony did not know about. Tim should have known this so typical trust bollocks. Somewhat comforting to know that they are experiencing all the same crap from the trust as I did, more of proof of the futile hold they have over the AHSN and its lack of autonomy.
