Notes:-Canal walk to Pooley and back. Strava only recorded half the walk due to my phone battery dying. Lovely walk with Tom and Harry. Tom turned back just before Polesworth but Harry and I carried on to Pooley. Had some time to chat. Interesting couple of days, still trying to relax and lose some of the stress. Alcohol probably not helping and Sarah is struggling with her tummy again. We also had another flood on the 27th. The pumps failed again and the water flooded our garden filling the summer house. So spent yesterday pressure washing and disinfecting the patio and summerhouse. This really hasnt helped me feel any better. Wrote everything in the flooding report I have been keeping for the past 13 years and sent to the local MP. No point bothering with NWBC or Severn Trent. I dont suppose he will do anything as he was so supportive of all the new housing developments. These have as I predicted placed more pressure on our outdated sewer, you can see how they have plumbed all the new housing into the sewer on the plans I managed to find online. Total disgrace....
