Notes:-Tried to mix it up today, headed out from Orton on the Hill to Appleby Parva. Nice 18 mile ride so might try this one over my usual Twycross or Marge Simpson rides. Not as far but achievable when I dont have much time. Also longer then the 13 mile ride via Orton on the Hill. Did Mondays online Bootcamp but not much else last week. Spent much of Monday trying to sort out Mums accounts, she keeps going overdrawn so cancelled a load of DDs to charities. Mum still picking up many of Frans bills and some of Marks. Fran now has a full time social work job so she needs to pick these up now. Quite difficult discussions and dont want to derail the improved relationship but mum cant afford this anymore. Fran also got tested for Covid and came back positive, really worrying week, she seems ok but was with Mum and Mark over the weekend. Ironically as the relationship has improved they spent a bit more time together. Mum had a sore throat on Monday so sent her and Mark for tests. Really difficult to explain what they need to do but basically its 10 days isolation. Someone was also giving contradicting info which did not help. Thankfully Mum and Marks tests were negative but still really worried that they will develop it. Really hard to help them in the current situation, cant just drive up there. So very stressful week. I really hope things start to improve but the pandemic is peaking with new variants. World seems to be going mad - Trump impeached after inciting his goonish followers to storm Capitol Hill last week. We have similar fuckwits in this country, they were responsible for brexit which isnt gong very well... accept they dont have guns.
