Notes:-Only ride this week. Weather has been pretty poor with flooding. Garden flooded on Tuesday night which I was half expecting with the storm. So at 11pm I was digging out the nice new gravel area at the bottom of the garden by the summer house. Realised that the weed suppressing fabric under the gravel was probably holding up the water. Once I had pulled it up and dug under the gravel boards the water then began to escape. Summer house flooded partly but once I dug out the stones it dropped below the threshold. Need to tidy it up at the weekend and remove weed barrier so hopefully when, not if it floods again it will get away before building up and flooding the summer house. Angry complaints to Severn Trent and MP sent so quite a late night. Fran seems to be ok with Covid and Mum and Mark by some miracle dont seem to have got it which is a massive relief. Issue this week was Blue attacking Ross who needed stitches. Poor Mum had to have Tat put to sleep. Lots of stress trying to keep Fran and Mum from mixing as neither should have been leaving the house, Mum still went to the vets....another rbill for her to pay Sarah had her vaccination this week and I getting mine tomorrow. Work has been crazy with Lamp but its my last week next week. Tony agreed to me taking 3 weeks off to use up annual leave. He admitted they have not been able to progress anything and they wont be in a position to confirm what i will be doing so seems to work for him.
