Notes:-Tough Sunday ride, pretty cold. Also have some groin and back pain indicative of more kidney stones so back on Tamsulosin and lots of lemon juice water. I now have 3 weeks off to get back on track. Weather last week was pretty bad, very wet so we had more flooding also finishing work put pay to any online warriors. Garden is a mess but have a meeting tomorrow with STW and someone from the Environment Agency. I also applied for the AAC Deputy Director post which took a couple of evenings. Sarah has an interview for the 8b job tomorrow so fingers crossed.
