Notes:-Toms 17th birthday today, cant quite believe it. Had a fantastic day, sun shining and spring seems to be in the air. Did this walk through Bentley woods or bluebell woods as its better known with Sarah, Tom and Harry plus Maisy and Simba. We havent been out in the car as a full family for months, probably since we came back from Skye in early November. We havent done this walk for several years, think we still had Tilley. Lovely walk and hope we can get back to doing this every week. Did Sarah some good and she really enjoyed it. Didnt get out on the bike today as we were finishing off fitting Harrys new curtains. However this is the best month ever for mileage so need to keep consistency and start getting back out in the week. Find out more about AHSN restructure tomorrow in the team meeting. Really interesting to see what transpires. Not sure if there will be something for me in the new structure, if it just effects my post or its quite a significant reorganisation. It still feels like they want rid of me and if its not a significant reorganisation and just effects my post then the directors will have missed the point. I think they will present a reshaped COO role which I will have to apply for but may not get. I also suspect Lucys role will be offered and thats where they want to put me. But they may have decided to put more senior structure above the head roles like most other AHSNs, so a deputy director for each major area. More likely I will end up with Lucys role which is an 8C but I would have to go on protection. If it transpires that my post is the only one effected I will need to think about challenging this. If the driver for this my performance than they need to tell me that and follow the process otherwise this could be seen as unfair or constructive dismissal. Need to wait and see, cant really call it at this point.
