Notes:-4 laps of Pienza with Matt and Wayne. PB on the climb to the wall about 4 mins 18 seconds but cant be sure as the blasted app crashed and did not upload to strava. Still quite surprised that I am able to keep up with Matt and stay well ahead of Wayne. Its all down to wattage so I think I must have some real power in the legs. Never really been able to compare myself so this is quite interesting. Did 2 bootcamps this week and feeling the benefit. Second week back at the AHSN. No news on restructure and pretty quiet week, quite strange. Quite enjoying the Innovation and Adoption work. Spoke to Paul Jennings of NWC AHSN about the RUP director role. Looks interesting and would give me national exposure. However acutely aware of the politics and crap it will come with. Better than being in limbo and possibly the best option I have. Almost end of home schooling for Harry, he goes back on tuesday. Tom also back to college which I think will do them good.
