Notes:-Friday night burn with Matt and Wayne. 5 laps of Paterberg. Great head clear from another weird week. Nice weekend ahead with a trip to Melton tomorrow to have the dogs groomed. Not strictly within the rules but necessary. Will have a nice day at Gates garden centre with Sarah. Kits have got 40 bags of gravel and 20 bags of compost to move into the back garden while we are out... if they want their xbox controllers for the day. So cruel..
