Notes:-Canal walk in the drizzle. Pretty long week but had today off. Did 2 boot camps but no rides this week, accept maybe later a turbo ride with Matt and Wayne. Slightly longer walk at 4 miles. Spent most of the day working through my options following official notification of my post being made redundant. My contract ends on the 8th June. Had a meeting with HR, Tony and John immediately before the full team on Tuesday. No surprises but big re jig of the exec team with new clinical director and Ops director plus PMO lead. Neils Digital Health post is the only other one going. Every one else seem to have slotted in. Trying to work out if I can accept fixed term posts as these would technically put me at a disadvantage so hoping to get agreement to suspend my notice and go for a protected secondment. Got an interview for the National Programme Director RUP & MTFM which I think I could only accept as a secondment as its inly 2 years. Sarah has been really helping me to work through this.
