Notes:-Sunday afternoon canal stroll, quite windy. No bike, turbo or boot camps this week. Had a sore throat and something nasty at the beginning of the week. We have a load of lateral flow tests now and are doing testing twice weekly so did a test and it was negative. Still didnt feel much like exercising. Pretty busy week at work and had some slightly better news on my job situation. Ive got them to agree to suspend my termination if I get that seconded director post. Also applying for implementation and adoption post. Either will give me pay and protection for 2 years. Alternative is redundancy which I have to say looks attractive... big pay out and long summer holiday. Bust risky as UHB may force me into some crappy role. Think the director post is the best option for my career path. Took friday off to start sorting out the bungalow for sale as probate came through. Painted the living room and one kitchen wall. Sarah and I went down again yesterday to clear the garden. Spent 3 hours getting to the tip due to traffic and restrictions at the tip which. Chatted to Mum and Sis on the walk, all seems ok with Mum. Sis said Ben had been interviewed by police and gave statement about a teacher who was charged with abuse. Looks like he also targeted Ben with inappropriate behaviour.
