Notes:-Canal walk with Harry. Did interview for RUP and MTFM Director post but was unsuccessful. So pretty gutted as it sounds like it was close between me an another candidate. Phil said I did not go deep enough with some of my examples and needed to be more specific about what I did. Something for me to take on board and frustrating as this is one area I pull candidates up on when I interview. I think I gave some pretty powerful examples mostly Test and Trace so the person who got it must be good. Another busy week prepping for interview and applying for Implementation and Adoption Head post also busy work wise so no cycling or boot camps. Last day and then bank holidays plus a week off. Also got notification from NHS jobs of interview for the I and A job. Panel is Tony, John, Kate and Ian the consultant they employed. I think my chances are slim... If I dont get it then as far as Im concerned Im done with the AHSN and they can pay my redundancy. Consultation ends on the 15th april so technically Im out and so is Neil.
