Notes:-Walk post interview for head of implementation and adoption. Harry at guitar as Mr McGrath is off tomorrow. Felt it went ok but not sure I did well enough. John said my examples were excellent but needed to say more about challenges of managing people and teams. Kate did some programme management questions, eg what is the difference between managing progs in an NHS setting and in and AHSN. Wasnt 100 pc sure but attempted an answer. Glad to get it over and should find out next week, fully expecting not to get it but at least I gave them a run for their money.
