Notes:-New Market Bosworth route which goes up to Swepstowe. Very chilly especially in the shade. Nice ride but lost my energy just outside Twycross, probably hit it a bit too hard last night on the turbo. I should pack some energy bars for these longer rides. End of first week on paid leave. Had nothing from HR in writing on next stage which is a bit ominous. Im fully expecting Tony to try and get me to apply for something left field on our weekly call later. I didnt apply for the ARC AHSN post as it was only 11 months so he may have something to say about that. Anyways, this was a good ride in prep for a 50 next week.
