Notes:-Dropped Tom at Pooley Scout hut. Bank holiday Monday yesterday which was an absolute washout, torrential rain, sleet and freezing winds. Thought my flood defences might get tested at one point. No roof or bulls eye window leaks which good. Tom is back doing young leader at Cubs. Getting some normality back now. Harry doing well at school and much happier. Stayed at Pooley this time and walked the canal towards Amington, after having a laugh with Sonic who was messing about with his Range rover. Lovely walk with sunshine and showers. Never gone this far along the canal from Pooley so a new walk to add while kids at scouts. Lots of wildlife including a fox.
