Notes:-Lovely hot summer evening. Dropped Tom at the scout hut and headed towards Amington on the canal. Saw Wayne and Chris from warriors running. Just to note hayfever has been bad the past few days. Taking antihistamines consistently helps but symptoms still break through especially in the evening. Saturday was Sarahs 49th birthday and we had the Sonic, Sue and Jo around for some drinks in the garden. Harry was away at scout survival camp and Tom was working. Spent Sunday helping Ady move back to his Wootton house. Cutting grass did not help my jay fever. Had a call from Tony today to update on the needs assessment role as it was going tits up with lots of push back from some Ahsns. Looks like they have agreed I will support for 6 months for 4 days per week. Tony has a plan for the remaining day which he can’t discuss until he’s put it past HR. Said it was working with Tim on some front facing work, whatever that means… All if this Tony said he was engineering in the background. Also had an absolutely awesome virtual parents evening with Harrys teachers. What a turnaround from last year. He has really pulled out all the stops. In other news Boris shelved the plans for fully removing the lock down restrictions on Monday which were due to be lifted on the 21st. Delta variant cases on the rise.
