Notes:-First ride in a few weeks so this felt a but harder than normal. Dropped Harry at Scouts to do raft building. Lovely ride, warm and muggy with no real hayfever issues. Its rained constantly over the past week. Harry seemed be the only soaking wet scout, apparently Sam Dodds Harrys old Shustoke teacher pushed him in, very funny.
