Notes:-Nice after work ride slightly faster than sundays attempt at 14.1mph. Couple of 2nd place PBs on segments down through Shuttington and over the bridge and Little Jims Cottage. Feeling a bit low again and quite drained, not sure if its my MH or rumbling kidney stone problems. Had to go to bed for a short time yesterday after my morning calls. Getting to bed quite early but must not be sleeping well. Sarah is having baths every night and comes to bed very late which might be waking me up. Im not good at getting back to sleep. Getting up most mornings to dog mess and I think the repetition isnt helping. If Im not up by 6.30 then the dogs will usually mess and wee everywhere. Everything seems to be getting to me and finding it hard to focus, especially at work. Got some stuff to look forward too though, Mum and Mark coming down this weekend. We also booked a T2 VW camper for a weekend in September and we have Alan Carr plus a night away. Tom has his theory test on Thursday fingers crossed for that. Clock starts on my at risk status again next week so thats playing on my mind. Enjoying the work Im doing but cant see a sustainable post.
