Notes:-Forest of Dean sculpture trail with Sarah. This was our camper van weekend away. We booked it before we bought ours to try out driving and camping in a vintage VW. Stayed at the Severn Valley campsite near Gloucester. Lovely weekend with Sarah despite a sad end to the week. We had to have poor Maisy put to sleep on Thursday. She improved last week with some painkillers but really deteriorated over this week. She just went very quiet and sleepy. Wasn’t wanting to walk or even potter in the garden and eat the apples. Had to make the difficult decision. Sad day for the family. We werent sure if we should do the weekend away but the boys were ok and wanted the weekend to themselves. In hindsight I think it was the best option.
