Notes:-Wednesday lunchtime ride. Sun out after some days of heavy rain. Only time I have now is during the day between meetings so just need to be a bit strategic about going out. Had GP appointment on Monday and examination to see what causing my stomach problems. GP thinks its IBS brought on by stress but have a few more tests. I think hes right and even now after much of the stressful situations have abated its still effecting me. He gave me some colofac which is an antispasmodic for IBS. Also reducing wheat intake so bread and cereals. Took the van for another drive on Sunday to pick Harry up from a young leader training camp near Derby. Lovely drive out and back. Also found the source of the fuel vapour smell. Pipe above the engine was detached and perished so refitted. Ordered some new pipe and clips so a nice easy weekend job. Harry had is covid jab today and Tom is going to wait until November so he qualifies for the second jab before his 18th. Fran called last night to update on Mum, apparently she went out to walk Ross and lost her car. She told Fran she was at the Baily walk but was actually at the gelt. She is getting worse and Im completely lost as to what we do. Fran rescued a rabbit from one of her clients and left it with Mum while she finds it a home. Thats not helping the situation...
