Notes:-Sluggish afternoon ride. Lost my fitness and gaining weight so need to do something about that. Not done any boot camps for months so my overall fitness is poor. Not helped by darker nights and evenings all taken up with activities. Tonight we took the van to Pooley and I worked in the back on my macbook, nice little mobile office. At least I could get a walk in a month or so back. Great to get out today though. Weather was a bit cold and wet with a few showers and blustery winds. Hopefully off to Skye this weekend if Covid doesnt stop us. Two of Harrys friends have it so we keep testing him. Sis also has it and so did Dave and Alex. Dont want to risk giving it to Mum when we see her on Friday night.
