Notes:-Walk with Simba while Harry was at guitar. Got back from Mums yesterday after diving home from Skye on Thursday. Had a lovely and relaxing break. Good to see Mum, Mark and Fran. Poor Sis and Dave are having a rough time. Sarah, Dave and Alex all had COVID. Dave now has a kidney stone. Nightmare drive home yesterday, took nearly 7 hours due to accidents in the M6 and poor weather. Makes me reticent about driving the van up to mums, not sure if it would cope with the delays. We did a detour through Preston and stopped by our old student house 16 Hartington road. Didn’t recognise much of Preston but our street had not changed a bit. Really nostalgic and need to come back for the day. Getting ready for a busy week back at work. Sarah starts her new secondment in a couple of weeks. I think it will really help her and expand her horizons. I am less bothering about work than I was last year. I just need to get my head down and build my profile. March will be the decider and we will see if there is a role for me. I would still like a national role, if one comes available. If not I really dont want to work for WMAHSN. However I suspect Tony will find something for the last year of the AHSN license. If it’s national then fine but if not I may take the redundancy if I can.
