Notes:-First ride for a couple of weeks after a cold. Managed to squeeze this in between calls. Starting to get wintery so will need my new bike shoes soon. Sarah has hidden them from me and says they are for my birthday.. cheeky sod. Slight improvement on the last ride in terms of MPH. Fewer rides and less walking plus not doing the boot camps has meant my weight has crept up on me. Darent weight myself but clothes are tighter. Fitness seems to have plateaued. Interesting adding the MPH feature to this site shows little real change in my average MPH. Some interesting peaks when I am more consistent. If I could find time for the bootcamps that would help but may also need to get the turbo trainer out.
