Notes:-Late lunchtime ride. Pretty flat out at work with the NAS and WS2. Interesting reading entries here from this time last year. The one where I had the first proper call with the directors where the told me my post was at risk was interesting. One of the supposed reasons for the changes was the proposed new ways of working including how the innovation pipeline will change the way AHSNs work. Ironically I am playing a major part in this... Quite a hard ride today, cold but dry. Feeling stiff and bloated again plus unfit. New bike shoes are good though.
