Notes:-Chesters wood Christmas Eve with Sarah, Tom, Harry, Mark and Mum. Drove up to Mums on Wednesday. Sarah laid a wreath for her Mum and Dad. Also scattered Maisys ashes. Had Xmas day at Sarah and Daves, lovely day but had to come back early as Mum was getting a bit agitated. Sarah was poorly so stayed at Mums. She had the same cold ive had for the past few weeks. Horrible head cold which hit my sinus hard. Sarah started to get bad the day before Xmas eve. Had that impossible look after Sarah while trying to spend time with the family. This always seems to happen, its pretty hard going and nobody is happy with me. Sarahs mental health has not been great again, triggered by her mums birthday and anniversary of losing her dad. I just wish she would get some help…. She hasnt been sleeping well, spending hours in the bath every night which is really bad for your heath month after month. So I think she got my cold partly due to being rundown. This wasnt the same as Xmas 2019 when Mum was a bit better and Sarah was well, not sure if I can do this again, its gruelling and exhausting.
