Notes:-Sunny lunctime walk after I did a key presentation on the innovation offer to the AHSN network. Short but essential session and I was quite worried about delivering it and getting the message right. Kidney stone symptoms seen to be easing but still not 100pc also to note I have been itching on and off over the past few days. Got a few days off after today and up to Mums on friday night. Fran called yesterday with some good news about finding her own place. Hoepfully get a look at the weekend. Also to note the work has just gone crazy again, this time caused by Russia. The world recovers from covid then bellend Putin starts his assalt on Europe with the invasion of Ukraine. Its like back in the 80s with the threat of nucliar war..... its just horryfying what Putin is doing.
