Notes:-Afternoon canal walk with Harry and Simba. Feeling a bit drained today, started to cut down in food and remove gluten. On Friday the GP suggested low fod map as he thinks its IBS. Has referred me for ultrasound to rule out kidney stones. Fantastic sunny day. Feels like spring finally. Had a brilliant weekend at Mums, came back yesterday afternoon. Drove up on Friday night and got to Brampton around midnight. Spent Saturday with Mum and Mark. Harry headed out along the Dandy to the gelt while I searched the antique shops in Brampton for a clock. Mark was keen to get one for mums birthday. No longer luck in town so mark headed to Carlisle while mum, Harry, Fran and I headed to the field. Lovely sunny afternoon, Mum in fine fettle and very happy. Much better than she was a Christmas. Sarah and Alex met us at the field for the rest of the afternoon. Then headed home to get ready to meet Jason and Charlotte at the Blacksmiths. Before we left Fran took us to show her flat which looks perfect for her. Nice location and ideal size. She seems really happy which is great to see. Had a lovely meal at the blacksmiths and great to catch up with Jason and Charlotte. Sarah brought a cake which we gave to Mum when we got home. Lovely day and one to remember. Sunday we headed back to the field and had lunch with mum and mark before heading home.
