Notes:-Pooley to Amington, evening canal walk while Harry was at the DAC. Bit of a meh week, last half of Easter holidays. Tom working and Harry a bit lost. Neither of them want to go out and do anything. Happy staying in with us. Sarah has been off all week with migraines probably brought on by covid booster. Pretty miserable week for her. Had an ultrasound scan yesterday to check for kidney stones, don’t think they saw any and the back pain and lower back pressure has gone. Probably the IBS, going largely gluten free seems to work. Just need to find time to exercise.
