Notes:-Saturday morning walk to Warton. Looking at my data Ive done 96 miles over 29 walks, 98 miles with 7 rides and 1 run at 3 miles. I dont think my non cycling milage has ever been the same or lower than walking and running. Life seems very busy again and with Sarah being ill and work, it makes timing to go out for a ride very hit and miss. Household stuff, dog walking and evening activities mostly Sarah cant do so I try and at least go for a walk when Im dropping Harry and Explorers, Guitar or after school lessons. Its now a year since I was on the formal redundancy notice and started the gardening leave. I cant beleive its been a year. Over the last year Ive done a number of roles including leading the needs assessment service set up, leading the workstream 2 innovation pipeline work for the network as well as doing the ICS role. The ICS role has been a bit of pointless role with the AHSN. I have however really enjoyed the network roles. There are plans to develop a network innovation pipeline lead role which I would happily take if it became a reality. Its a bit messy at the minute as there is some central network budget to continue the pipeline work with HiM and some commitment up to June for my post. The post would need to go out to advert at least internally. The draft JD look seems to lean more towards a mix of strategic and doing roles such as supporting the pipeline and programmes group, continuing the WS2 work and responding to pipeline requests. Feels more to me that they need a lead role and some administrative support. Agree it needs to be advertised and quickly before the end of my contract in June. One option might be some agreement for me to continue on an interim basis to the end of March 2023 then formalise the role in the new licence. They could keep me on the WS2 work and appoint someone else to the pipeline lead role but that would be a bit weird... If the advertise and I dont get it or the recruitment process goes beyond June then Id be screwed again. Tonys not back yet and I dont know if he will. If there are no viable national roles it would be interesting to see how the AHSN handles my continuation. Arguably that would be it for me, I still wouldnt want a FT role with the AHSN. I would rather leave, and I still feel strongly about the way it was handled and still have doubts about some of the people, my standing in the organisation plus a lack of trust for the directors.
