Notes:-Cracking evening ride. Harry not at Claires tonight so no run around Shustoke. Weather has finally improved. Definitely think I have a gluten intolerance, had a meal last night in Melton while Simba was at Rachels. Feeling bloated, stiff and have this weird tingling when I start rushing about or walk the dog. I have had it before, think its all linked to gluten. Ive also slipped a bit and eating more food with gluten in rather than cooking myself a separate meal. It’s a bugger cooking 3 separate meals every night. Dont want to just eat what I make for Sarah as her diet is so restrictive I dont think it would work for me. Will need to be stricter and see what happens. Also to note Simbas tummy problem has resolved so no dog mess every morning but he still peeing, think it’s now an unbreakable habit….On the job front Im feeling like its coming to a juncture again. The WS2 work is being drawn into a new group and a new pipeline lead post is being developed which will take elements of my work. I would have to apply for the pipeline post which isnt full time so would need another role to make it up. Id still prefer a national role, really dont want to go back to WMAHSN full time. Still feel strongly about that. Not much time to resolve it either as my contact ends in June. Got a call with Tony tomorrow, first time since Jan when he lost his son. Looking forward to speaking to him again and glad he is back. Assuming he is on a phased return.
