Notes	Frist ride in a while. Left knee painful and had some back pain. Been feeling tired, bloated with knee and back pain - probably related to weight. Need to get back to a better physical state. That said my pace was fairly good, knee got better later in the ride. New route via Dordon hill due to spon lane bridge closure makes a higher impact route.
