Notes	Last ride of 2021. Barmy weather at around 15 degrees. That blasted cold certainly took it out of me. Quite hard going with joint pain, right knee in particular playing up. Looking at my data I lost consistency in the last couple of months. Biggest miles and number of activities but I seem to have lost fitness and gained weight. Got to lose the weight in 2022. Boot camps and consistency were working for me. Bike mileage pushed up by the gardening leave in April and May, but too much booze and stress have taken their toll. 2021 has been a mixed year with covid restrictions, job worries, serious loss of confidence and a fight to regain credibility. Mixed with some great holidays on Skye plus getting my dream camper van. It turned out to be quite a difficult Christmas with all thats going on with Mum and Sarahs physical and mental health problems. Hopefully next year will be better, it will certainly be a big one for Tom who will no doubt pass his driving test and get into University. Harry will carry on soaring with his school work, he is a different lad from a couple of years back. I also hope Sarah finds some happiness and we can rebuild our relationship. Im very worried about mum and I hope Fran finally moves out for her own good and for that of Mum and Mark. Roll on 2022, fingers crossed it wont be as brutal as the past couple of years…..
